When I started my own business, I assumed that the processing side would be a breeze. Instead of focusing on our warehouse and allocating funds to new equipment, I focused on trying to figure out how to build our brand. Unfortunately, building a brand is difficult unless the products you sell are impeccable. After a few months, I decided that it was important to focus on the processing side of things.
